Why does my package takes so long to arrive?

you can only cancel your order as long as your package was not sent out yet. To cancel an order, please contact me.

Returns

I do not accept returns due to hygienic reasons and because of my nature as a small business. However, if something arrives broken and the fault is on my side, I will accept returns and send you a new package with the products if there is a chance recreating the products you ordered. If not you of course will get a refund.
